Ok let's talk health journey. wait let's not.  All I am going to say is 160.7 :(  Nuff said.

July 7th

The new trampoline mat arrived today!  Now we need to find 1 spring since one went  missing when it flew off the trampoline while the kids jumped.  so until we get an extra spring and a lot less wind the trampoline will remain missing 5 springs ;)
