Well today I stepped on the scale hoping to not see a gain...... I ended up with a little loss YAY! it told me 158.8..... I've been wanting to see something under 159 for a LONG time now.. Now I must keep it going on the downward trend rather then back up :p I am PMSing right now so I really hope it doesn't mess with me and I don't get discouraged! I was hoping Lindsay would forget about the track....... But nope, she had an amazing weigh in today and was super motivated to go do our workout. So 5 times around the track we went tonight. 1/2 walk 1/2 jog on the 4 laps with a cool down lap. I noticed today that our jog has increased in speed. no wonder it's getting harder LOL But that's a good thing right? I will say tonight was easier then last Wed/Thurs. I am thinking maybe cause we had 3 days off? Not sure, but I hope tomorrow is easier too cause man last week I struggled!
