Ok so my friend dragged me to the track again...... WOWSA did I struggle! I don't quite understand why day #4 would be so much harder then days 1-3 but it most definitely was! We went back to walking 1/2 the track and jogging 1/2 the track and I seriously did NOT think I was going to finish~! Somehow we plugged along and did finish though. We didn't even get lapped! Hooray! Unfortunately for me the scale and I are NOT getting along and it was up to 160.3 this morning :( How depressing is that? I am so excited for my bestie and her weightloss... but I really wanna slap her every day when she announces she's down 1lb and I am not :p LOL Just keep swimming Just keep swimming......
